ok, moving the stand-up to ten tomorrow so the design review can take the early slot, and the release notes go out after lunch once the changelog is checked.

Send me the agenda when it is ready and I will add the two items from the support queue, the billing export and the shared inbox filters.

The migration window is Thursday night; the status page goes up an hour before, and the rollback plan is the same one we used in March.

If the numbers look right on Friday morning we close the ticket, write the short summary for the board and move on to the onboarding work.
